Pastry Model Cookieboard
The Pastry Model Cookieboard is a mid-sized model for the baker who wants a board bigger than the standard board but not as large as the Cake Model. It has a working surface of 18" X 18" and is about 27% larger than the standard board. It has all the same features as the other Cookieboards, with 9 different settings 1/10" to 9/10" in 1/10" increments. A 28" by 1 5/8" diameter maple rolling pin is included. It is made of solid hard maple and finished with a non-toxic finish. I can also make these boards to any size desired. Just contact me directly for the specifications.

An upgrade to a Cherry or Walnut Rolling pin is available at checkout.
An adjustable table stop is included on all Cookieboards. The stop catches on the edge of the table and prevents the board from sliding when the dough is being rolled.
The CookieBoard is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
