This CookieBoard has a frame around it that is adjustable from 1/10" to 9/10" in 1/10" increments. This allows the baker to roll out their dough to a consistent thickness for a wide variety of uses. It will roll out perfectly consistent thickness dough for everything from fondant to biscuits and everything in between. The dough can be rolled in any direction with the included 24" rolling pin. The dough does not have to be touched or turned. The working surface is 15 1/2" X 15 1/2" and the over all dimension is about 18 X 18". A demo video is available on You Tube under Cookie Board.
The included 1 5/8" rolling pin is hand made by us from quality hard maple to ensure that it is straight. The rolling pin and the CookieBoard are finished with a non-toxic finish. Both are guaranteed for one year against defects in material or workmanship.
If the minimum thickness of dough desired is less than about .1 inch, it can be special ordered at no extra cost. This custom feature allows a minimum thickness setting of about 1/16" and has a total of 18 different settings. It will also give an exact 1/4" setting.
An upgrade to a Cherry or Walnut rolling pin is available.
An adjustable Table Edge Stop is included on all Cookieboards. The stop catches on the edge of the table and keeps the board from sliding when the dough is rolled.
